Onsu has sat inside the deal, inside the boardroom and inside the operating company. She understands that disputes are shaped by legal positions, incentives, timing, reputation, financing, governance and human dynamics.
As a general certified mediator, she works across commercial, workplace, family and civil disputes. Her commercial depth comes from years as COO and General Counsel at Gore Street Capital, Founder of Tombia River Energy Co., and General Counsel and Company Secretary at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria. Earlier international energy and infrastructure disputes experience at White & Case and Coudert Brothers, and senior associate experience at McDermott Will & Emery.
